happy day~~

today i felt very happy coz i know my blood group dee~~
wakaka~~
mayb u will think that i am idiot lah....
but really, i am happy wif it~~
summore i got 2 vouchers for health screening~~
dunnoe when can go for it~~

when i do checking on my blood pressure, i found that my blood pressure is higher than 3 months ago when i checked it at my working place...
hmm... i think it is bcoz i laugh too much before i go for checking... XD

during the time to measure my high and weight....
oh my GOD!!! i was shorter 2cm then before....
ppl was growing up... but me... growing shorter??? wondering....
and of course, thank god that i loss 1kg and my BMI is mormal~~ yeah~~

i really hv to concern about my health dee...
prevent is better than cure~~

no more eggs, penuts and beans!!!
